Rancho Peñasquitos Planning Board meets 1st Wed of month at 7:30pm, at the Doubletree Golf Resort. Communities throughout the City of San Diego have volunteer planning groups that review projects and make recommendations to the City Council, Land Use & Housing Committee, Planning Commission and other decision-makers on development projects, general or community plan amendments, rezonings and public facilities. The recommendations of the planning groups are integral components of the planning process, and are highly regarded by the City Council and by staff.
